The short version

You may share Conrad's approved seller resources and your personal tracked links. You must not cold-spam, buy contact lists, give property advice, promise results or submit another person's private details without permission.

When a reward may be earned

An eligible referral must be correctly attributed to your Partner ID, become a Conrad Hyslop listing, complete settlement and produce commission that has actually been collected. The reward is 10% of the gross commission collected, capped at $2,500 for each eligible completed sale.

What does not earn a reward

A click, name, application, enquiry, appointment or unsigned listing does not earn a payment. Existing active relationships, duplicate claims, missing permission, false information, cancelled sales, unpaid commission and activity outside these rules may be ineligible.

Privacy and conduct

Use the owner-completed link wherever possible. Do not publish private referral status, sale information, commission figures or another person's details. Conrad controls the property advice, appraisal, agency work and seller follow-up.

Review and payment

Conrad reviews attribution and eligibility before any reward is approved. Payment details are requested securely after settlement and collection. The program may be changed or withdrawn for future referrals; an accepted eligible referral keeps the terms recorded when it was accepted.
