Gold Coast buyer's agency

Tired of chasing agents and guessing what to offer?

A buyer's agent can search, compare and negotiate for you. Their job is to work from your brief, not sell you whatever happens to be available.

What changes

Spend less time on the wrong homes. Be better prepared for the right one.

01

Build the brief

Set the suburbs, property type, must-haves, trade-offs, budget and timing before the search becomes messy.

02

Search and shortlist

Look across the market and professional network, then cut out homes that don't fit.

03

Check the decision

Review the property, recent comparable sales and practical risks with the right advisers around you.

04

Negotiate for you

Plan the offer and negotiation under a clear buyer appointment. The selling agent still works for the owner.

When it may be worth it

Pay for the service only when it solves a real problem.

  • You don't have time to search properly.
  • You keep missing suitable homes or acting too late.
  • You're unsure how to judge value or negotiate.
  • You're buying from interstate or overseas.
  • Your purchase depends on selling another property.
  • The decision is too large to keep making from a generic email list.

No bargain or saving is guaranteed. The value is a clearer process and an appointed person working from your brief.

Private buyer fit check

Tell us what you want to buy and where you're getting stuck.

Your answers go to Conrad's existing buyer review. Filling in the form doesn't create a paid service, charge you, appoint an agent or make an offer on a property.

If this service isn't the right next step, you can still use the free guide and buyer brief.

Common questions

What buyers usually want to know.

Why won't a selling agent search the whole market for me?
Because the selling agent works for the property owner. Their job is to sell that owner's property, not compare every option and negotiate against their own client.
Can a buyer's agent help me avoid overpaying?
They can research comparable sales, test the asking price and negotiate under your instructions. No one can guarantee a bargain, but you can make the decision with better information.
Do I still need legal and building advice?
Yes. A buyer's agent doesn't replace your solicitor, finance adviser, building inspector, tax adviser or other qualified experts.
What if I need to sell before I buy?
Say that in the form. The buyer and seller paths stay separate, but the dates, finance and practical move plan need to work together.
Will I be sent every property on a generic list?
No. A clear brief helps rule out the wrong property early and focus on homes that may suit you.
