Katrina Walsh of Coastal, who holds the listing alongside Guy Powell, confirms Law was the last celebrity to have stayed at the property.
Law is an English actor, perhaps best known for his breakthrough role in 1999’s The Talented Mr Ripley for which he was nominated for an Academy Award.
Walsh and Powell are accepting expressions of interest, with the price guide at “$10 million-plus”.

The property was built 15 years ago and is the creation of architect Ewald de Weerd of BDA Architecture.
