SUNLAND Group’s new luxury twin tower in Benowa’s Royal Pines Resort has been launched.
Net to the Royal Pines Marina, The $85 million apartment development Marina Concourse will feature 110 luxurious apartments and penthouses in its new leisure and dining precinct.
The launch was the second development unveiled on the same weekend with the $60 million housing collection at The Lakes in Mermaid Waters also launched.
Marina Concourse represents Sunland’s final development within the master plan of The Concourse at Royal Pines, which the group first developed seven years ago.
As the final piece, the luxury apartments will deliver new retail and dining amenity, expansive landscaped gardens, a swim school, design school and Sunland Group’s Gold Coast offices. Sunland Group Managing Director, Sahba Abedian, said construction works have already commenced with the demolition of the existing buildings along the marina now underway.
“As the final centrepiece of our master plan, our vision for Marina Concourse is to create a vibrant, connected waterfront community which offers unique lifestyle amenities to residents of Royal Pines and those in Benowa, Ashmore and surrounding areas,” he said.
“At the marina level, a collection of dining, retail and recreation spaces have been created for the enjoyment of residents and the community.
“Surrounded by expansive gardens and with direct access to the waterfront, this precinct includes a state of the art swim school, retail and cafe style dining.”
The apartment development comprises a mix of two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus study, three-bedroom and three-bedroom plus media residences, as well as the penthouse apartments on level six.
Prices start from $499,000 and will feature an open plan design, high ceilings and full-height windows
Mr Abedian said Marina Concourse represents Sunland’s second residential tower development within the Royal Pines community.
“Marina Residences was completed in 2014 and has won seven industry awards, including the National Apartment Complex of the Year Award at the 2016 HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards,” he says.
“We are seeking to continue this design excellence with Marina Concourse, which will provide elegant living spaces with the convenience of cafe-style dining and waterfront amenity on its doorstep.”
The development is positioned o15 minutes from the beach and neighbours the golf course at the Royal Pines Resort.
Sunland’s other developments on the Gold Coast include The Lakes Residences at Mermaid Waters, Magnoli Residences in Palm Beach and The Heights master planned parkland community in Pimpama.
The group’s national portfolio comprises in excess of 6000 residential housing, urban development and multistorey products along Australia’s east coast with an estimated end value of $3.7 billion.
The precinct will also provide a new boat ramp to the Nerang River.
